Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an order or a membership with FableFleet, and what happens when you do. It works together with our Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

Canceling a single order

Each story is made to order, so there is a short window before production begins during which you can cancel for a full refund.

Before production begins. If you cancel before we start producing your story, you receive a full refund. To cancel, email hello@fablefleet.com with your order number as soon as possible after ordering.

After production begins. Once we have started producing your personalized story, we may not be able to cancel it, because the work is custom and specific to your child. If you contact us after production has started, we will let you know the status of your order and what options are available, which may include a revision rather than a cancellation.

After delivery. Once your story has been delivered as ordered, the order is considered complete. If there is a problem with the story, our Refund Policy explains how we will make it right, including free revisions.

Canceling a membership or subscription

If you hold a membership, you can cancel at any time.

How to cancel. You can cancel from your account settings, or by emailing hello@fablefleet.com. We will confirm your cancellation.

When cancellation takes effect. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You keep access to membership benefits until the end of that period.

Charges already made. Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed for the current period. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we will review it under our Refund Policy.

Changes you want to make to an order

If you need to change a detail on an order, such as a spelling or a photo, contact us as soon as possible at hello@fablefleet.com. If production has not started, we can usually update it. If production has started, we will let you know what is still possible.
