Refund Policy

At FableFleet, every story is personalized and made to order for one specific child, using the name, details, and photo you provide. Because of this, our refund terms are different from those for off-the-shelf products. We want you to be happy with your story, so this policy explains when refunds and remakes are available.
Our satisfaction commitment
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your finished story has a problem that is our fault, we will make it right. This includes issues such as a misspelled name that matched what you submitted correctly but we produced incorrectly on our end, a clear production error, missing content you paid for, or a file that will not play.
Free revisions
If something is not quite right, contact us at hello@fablefleet.com within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you on a revision at no charge. We would much rather fix a story you will treasure than process a refund.
When you can get a refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You cancel an order before we begin production. See our Cancellation Policy for how the production window works.
- We are unable to deliver your story within a reasonable time or at all.
- The story contains a production error we cannot fix through a revision.
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order.
When refunds are limited
Because each story is custom made, we generally cannot offer a refund once production has begun and the story has been delivered as ordered, in situations such as: a change of mind after delivery, an error in the details you submitted (for example, a name you spelled incorrectly in your order), or a request to cancel a subscription after your renewal has already processed. In these cases we will still do our best to help, including offering a revision where the issue can reasonably be corrected.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@fablefleet.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Subscriptions and memberships
If you hold a membership, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation stops upcoming renewals but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been made. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
