Finn’s BedtimeFree in the app
A guided bedtime routine, with Finn
For busy parents at the end of a long day: you don’t have to remember the steps or find the words. Finn keeps the order, and you’re right there for all of it.
- ✦Finn’s Bedtime: PJs, teeth, potty, one last cuddle, then a story. Finn does it right alongside them.
- ✦Finn Hears It First: a twenty-minute sleep story, told twice, the second time slower.
- ✦Your child’s name, said by the narrator. Free, and no account to make.

What a night looks like
The same steps in the same order every night, because that sameness is what helps little ones settle. Each step is a lamp. Your child presses the big button when it’s done, and the next lamp comes on.

1
PJs on
Cosy ones. Finn is already in his stripy pair.

2
Brush your teeth
A two-minute song keeps time, and it stops when they’re done.

3
Go potty
One last trip before bed. Finn waits outside the door.

4
Grab Teddy, one last cuddle
Somebody soft to hold on to. Finn has his teddy too.

5
A few lines, said together
You start with their name: you are safe, you are loved. Then they say four short lines back: I am safe. I am loved. I keep trying. Tomorrow is a new day.

6
The story
A calm story that says their name. Then the phone goes face down.

The same five lamps for the fridge, with your child’s name at the top.
For grown-ups
You choose which lamps are on, so the routine fits your house. There is also a gentle “one worry for Finn” step you can switch on, where your child tells you one worry and Finn looks after it for the night. Finn’s Bedtime is made for ages 2 to 4.
